Exchange and Return Policy
Exchanges
You may exchange your order for any other product available on our website of equal or higher value, by paying the price difference.
To request an exchange, please contact us at wesleysaikawa@gmail.com within seven (7) calendar days of receiving your product. Include your full name, order number, and details of the product you wish to exchange.
The customer will receive shipping instructions to return the item without incurring additional costs.
Once we receive the returned product, it will be inspected, and we will follow up with the exchange procedure.
Please note that we do not provide packaging for returns. We recommend reusing the original packaging.
To complete the exchange, the product must be in perfect condition, and in the case of items with packaging, it must remain intact.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your product arrives defective or damaged, please contact us at wesleysaikawa@gmail.com within seven (7) calendar days of receiving your order. Include your full name, order number, details of the defective product, and a photo of the issue.
The customer will receive shipping instructions to return the item without incurring additional costs.
Once the item is received, we will analyze it within five (5) business days and inform you of the next steps for replacement.
Please note that we do not provide packaging for returns. We recommend reusing the original packaging.
If the analysis is approved, Wesley Saikawa will process a replacement order for the defective product, following the regular delivery timeline.
Returns due to Change of Mind
If you wish to return a product for any reason, please contact us at wesleysaikawa@gmail.com within seven (7) calendar days of receiving your order - or fourteen (14) calendar days for international customers. Include your full name, order number, and the product you wish to return.
The customer will receive shipping instructions to return the item without incurring additional costs.

Once the returned item is received, we will analyze it within five (5) business days and follow up with the return process.
To qualify for a refund, the product must be in perfect condition, and its packaging must remain intact.
If the return is approved, Wesley Saikawa will issue a refund for the product price plus any shipping fees paid, within seven (7) business days.
If the order is partially returned, the shipping fee will not be refunded.
Shipping and Delivery Time
Delivery times and shipping costs may vary depending on your location, quantity, and artwork size.
Please note that the delivery period starts after payment confirmation.
All orders are shipped from Brazil.
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
